- ✓At least one doctor must get the SAPA Growth and Nutrition certificate.
- ✓Optional - Paramedics from your clinic get a SAPA Growth Monitoring certification.
- ✓Must reach an initial milestone of 50 patient screenings for Growth or Red Flags and maintain an average minimum of 20 screenings per month.

A clinic-customized service available to all SAPA Growth Clinics that extends your care into patients' homes, alerting both patients and doctors to potential health issues for timely intervention.
How It Works
- 1 Share Your Link: Clinics receive a unique, clinic branded link to share with patients via QR code or direct messaging.
- 2 Patient Forms: Patients use simple forms for growth monitoring and 19 common conditions as advised or needed.
- 3 Instant Alerts: If red flags are detected, the system immediately alerts the patient to visit the clinic.
- 4 Doctor's Report: You receive a detailed report by email. Patient-identifiable information is auto-deleted for privacy.
